Shipping policy

Standard Shipping: 

  • Standard shipping is 6-7 business days from the date of order. All local and international shipping is FREE above $250+ and is shipped express usually via DHL (5-7 business days) after the 6-7 business day production time. 

  • Shipping time can also increase outside the U.S. due to customs. We can not control that. We also can not control if the package is delayed by the shipping provider. 

  • Customs duties are the buyer's responsibility. 

 

Delivery of product: 

  • Items are typically delivered within 5-7 business days after the 6-7 business day production time. Holiday times and customs may increase this time. This includes Holidays in our production homeland Spain. 

Returned/non-successful delivered Shipping: 

  • Returned/non-successful delivery orders including but not limited to the following reasons are subject to non-refunds with no exceptions: Wrong shipping address, failure to receive a package from the delivery carrier after several attempts, failure to be present for package signature. 

  • Returned/non-successful delivery orders may be partially refunded after review & approval at the sole discretion of the Mason Marcini brand. Return shipping & restocking fees may apply from 10-100% value of the order.
