Returns:

Due to the nature of our Made To Order-only process, Exchanges for incorrect size orders are accepted only within 30 days of receiving the item in its original unworn condition for CORRECT SIZE EXCHANGE>

Exchanges are subject to inspection and approval review upon receiving them at our offices/warehouse. In some conditions, a restocking fee between 10-50% of purchase value may be applied + return shipping fees.

Exchanges must be applied for strictly via our return system on our site. Receiving your returned item in our offices without applying for the return through our system may void your exchange.

The return shipping fee is the buyer's responsibility.

All exchanges are accepted for a one time for correct size only.

Multiple Exchanges from the same buyer for the same/related order will not be accepted.

Gift cards are non-refundable.
CUSTOM-DESIGNED SHOES:
Shoes customized on the design of your own platform are final
sale products.

Orders that are canceled halfway through production are subject to a 99 USD cancellation fee for material and labor.
Exchange:

We are a Made To Order brand, exchanges are limited to one time for different size of the same shoe.
Store Credit:

All Store credits are digital and received via email as either a gift card or discount code.

Store credits never expire.
Cancelation & Change requests:

Due to the nature of our unique made-to-order methods, once your order is paid for, it starts production immediately, orders CAN NOT be canceled since production has started.

If a cancellation is approved by management for special cases, a cancelation fee could be charged from 10-30% of your order total. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Change and modification requests received within 24 hrs after checkout is subject to approval. If approved a change fee will be charged to the customer to initiate this change. A product change request fee can range between 5-20% of the total order cost depending on the change requested.
